摘要
传统的燃煤电厂历来被视为大气污染物的主要来源,是国家环保监管的重点.国内首套烟气超低排放装置在浙能嘉兴发电厂8号机组投入运行后,主要污染物排放指标基本都达到了天然气燃气机组的排放标准,特别是氮氧化合物的排放全时段控制在50 mg/Nm3以下.介绍了嘉兴电厂百万燃煤机组烟气超低排放环保示范项目实施后,热控专业针对系统中存在的问题对脱硝系统CEMS测量、脱硝自动控制策略等方面进行了一些措施改进,并针对项目实施过程中遇到的问题进行了探讨.
Abstract
The traditional coal-fired power plant has been regarded as the main source of air pollutants,and become the focal point of national environmental protection.As the first ultra-low flue gas emission devices put into operation in the 8th generator unit in Jiaxing Power Plant of Zhejiang Energy Group Company,the main pollutant emission indicator has been up to the standard of natural gas generator units,especially the NOx emission has been controlled below 50 mg/Nm3 all time.The thermal-control team has reformed the existing problems in the CEMS measurement of DeNOx system,the DeNOx automatic control tactics and so on,since the ultra-low emission environmental demonstration project was implemented in 1O00MW coal-fired units in Jiaxing Power Plant.This paper discusses this improvement measures and problems in the course of project operation.
