火力发电厂烟气余热利用技术方案与经济分析

排烟热损失是锅炉各项热损失中最大的一项,影响排烟热损失的主要因素是排烟温度.对设置低温省煤器来加热凝结水,回收利用部分烟气热量,减少排烟热损失,提高全厂热效率进行分析,并通过660 MW机组案例,论证了设置低温省煤器的技术合理性和经济可行性.
Planning and Economic Analysis on Flue Gas Heat Utilization in Thermal Power Plant
The waste heat loss is the biggest one in the heat loss of the boiler.Its main affecting factor is the exhaust gas temperature.This paper presents the way to reduce the waste heat loss and improve the thermal efficiency of the whole plant,such as setting the low-pressure economizer to heat the condensate,recover and utilize part of the flue gas heat.Through the case study of 660MW unit,this paper demonstrates the technical rationality and economic feasibility of setting the low temperature economizer.
