步进伺服电机式电—位移转换器在水轮机调速器上的应用

分析了传统步进电机、交流伺服电机在水轮机调速器上的电-位移转换机构的控制及特性,考虑到步进式、交流伺服电机的控制方式的优缺点,将一种步进伺服电机运用到水轮机调速器的电-位移转换器,并对控制方式进行了技术改进,取消了引导阀位移反馈环节,采用模拟量定位控制,并成功应用到水轮机调速器上,其性能指标满足国家标准的要求.
Application of Step-Servo Motor Electricity-Displacement Converter to Turbine Governor
This paper analyzes the control and characteristics of electricicity-displacement converter of traditional stepper motor and AC servo motor on the turbine speed governor.Considering the advantages and disadvantages of stepping and AC servo motor control methods,a stepping servo motor has been applied to the electricity-displacement converter of turbine speed governor,and the control method has been technically improved.The pilot valve displacement feedback link was cancelled,positioning control was made through analog quantity and successfully applied to the turbine speed governor.The performance indicators meet the requirements of national standards.This paper elaborates the proposed method.
