摘要
针对当前电力系统中压配电网信息分散和信息孤岛问题,以开关在线监测与故障诊断技术为基础,结合继电保护和测控技术,提出基于全景信息的智能配网开关系统.在研究环网柜智能控制系统方案和结构基础上,重点介绍了配电终端等关键技术.环网柜智能控制系统在某供电局的现场应用验证了其先进性.
Abstract
In view of the common problems such as scattered data and isolated information in current distribution power system,this paper proposes a switch system of intelligent distribution network with panoramic information.The system is based on on-line monitoring and fault-diagnosis technology,and combined with relay protection and control technology.It introduces the scheme and structure of intelligent control system for ring main units (RMU),with a focus on the key techniques about distribution terminals.The field application of the device in a power supply bureau proves the superiority of the system.
