摘要
对GIS设备在出厂试验环节、现场交接试验环节频发的问题进行分析,同时结合驻厂监造环节的重要节点及重要环节的把控,通过重点管控、全过程管理及新手段的引入,力争在问题源头上对问题进行全面控制,严把出厂试验及检测环节,保证设备质量,确保设备安全投运及稳定运行.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the frequent accidents during GIS equipment ex-factory test and field handover test.Meanwhile,in combination with the in-factory supervision over important manufacturing process,the supervision system focuses on whole-process control and management and introduces new methods,striving for the comprehensive control over problem sources.The system,strict with ex-factory test and inspection,can guarantee the quality and ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment.
