摘要
柔性直流换流阀是采用全控型电力电子器件的电压源换流器,是柔性直流输电技术中核心组成部分.总结了常见全控型电力电子器件的基本构造和工作原理,比较了常用全控型电力电子器件的不同特性,分析不同种类的全控型电力电子器件在柔性直流输电领域中的应用前景.
Abstract
Converter valves of flexible HVDC system are voltage source converter valves composed of full-controlled power electronic devices,and hence the most important part of the flexible HVDC transmission technology.This paper summarizes the basic structures and working principle of the common full-controlled power electronic devices,compares their different characteristics,and analyzes the application prospect of different types of full-controlled power electronic devices in flexible HVDC transmission fields.
