随着坚强智能电网进入全面建设阶段,智能变电站作为坚强智能电网建设的核心平台,促使保护装置向着数字化、网络化的方向发展,同时也对保护装置的测试技术提出了新的要求.研制了一种智能变电站保护装置集成测试系统,该系统基于上下位机分层结构,采用基于可扩展标记语言(XML)的通用测试接口创建测试模型库,通过扩充测试模型库能够满足不同厂家保护装置测试的要求,实现实时自动读写保护定值、投退软压板等操作,整个测试流程集中控制、自动完成;该系统能够满足智能变电站整间隔乃至整个智能变电站保护装置同时测试的要求,样机测试及用户体验表明,该系统具有很高的测试效率和完备的测试功能.
Integration Test System of Intelligent Substation Secondary Device
With the strong smart grid entering the construction phase,intelligent substation becomes the core platform of the smart grid,prompting protectors to develop to be digitalized and networked,and also posing higher requirements for protection device test method.This paper developed a protector integration test system in intelligent substation.The system,based on the hardware structure of the principal and subordinate computers,adopts universal test template based on extensible markup language (XML) and builds test model library,so that it can satisfy the test demands of protectors of different manufacturers by expending the library,and automatically complete the automation test procedure of writing protection setting value,putting on soft straps and so on.The integration test system is competent to the test of the whole bar or the whole substation.The results of the system prototype test and user experience show that the automation test system has very high efficiency and comprehensive test functions.
