动态负载下改进的变压器热点温度计算方法

提出了一种基于热电类比理论的变压器热点温度计算的改进模型,考虑变压器在户外条件下受太阳辐射以及油箱壁与环境换热散热的影响,并且详细计算了变压器损耗与不同分接头之间的关系.综合考虑了油粘度和负载损耗随温度的变化.计算结果与一台自然油循环强迫空气冷却(ONAF)的220kV-300MVA的变压器出厂测试数据以及热点温度经典模型计算结果进行对比.
Improved Calculation Method for Transformer Hot Spot Temperature with Dynamic Load
This paper presents an improved model for calculating hot spot temperature based on thermo-electricity analogy theory.The outdoor solar irradiation and the influence of heat exchange between oil tank wall and environment are considered; the relationship between transformer loss and different tap is calculated; the change of oil viscosity and load loss with temperature is taken into account.The calculation results are compared with an ONAF 220kV-300MVA transformer factory test data and results of a classic hot spot temperature calculating model,which indicates that the improved model has higher accuracy under dynamic load.
