Budget Estimate System for Soil and Water Conservation Scheme in Power Project
In view of the inconsistent regulations in the present budget estimate system for soil and water conservation scheme in power project,this paper proposes the budget estimate system on the basis of analyzing investment estimation in electric power industry and budget estimate for soil and water conservation in water conservancy industry.Labor unit price,as well as estimate quota,charging items and rates,should be consistent with the principal part of the project; should also be consistent with the principal part of the project; estimate quota,charging items and rates of water and soil conservation should be adopted for projects excluded from the principal project quota.Then it introduces the budget estimate system for soil and water conservation scheme in a power project in Shanghai.
