开关柜去湿加氮气正压系统研究与应用

江苏电网大部分地区位于长江中下游高湿多雨地带,网内高压开关柜长期受此影响,导致柜内环境恶化受潮侵蚀严重,极易出现绝缘水平降低放电现象频发,更有甚者发生爆炸事故严重威胁人身设备安全.针对上述情况,提出一种能彻底杜绝开关柜内潮湿凝露现象发生的方法——开关柜去湿加氮气正压系统,该系统能通过有效手段将柜内空气中的水蒸气彻底排出至柜外,时刻保持柜内干燥低露点,对开关柜形成有效保护.
Research and Application of Switchgear Dehumidification Plus Nitrogen Positive Pressure System
Jiangsu Power Grid is mostly located in humid and rainy region of the Yangtze River area,and HV switchgears of the network have long been affected,resulting in the internal environment deterioration and severe moisture erosion,vulnerable to insulation reduction and frequent discharge,even worse explosions,great threat to the security of personnel and equipment.Therefore,this paper presents a method that can completely eliminate the occurrence of moisture condensation phenomenon-switchgear dehumidification plus nitrogen positive pressure system,which can discharge the vapor of the air into the outside completely by an effective means,keeping a low dew point of the drying cabinet and forming an effective protection for switchgears.
