小电流接地系统故障监测高速数据采集系统研制

提出一种高性能的高速数据采集系统,该系统选用采样频率高达65MSPS的模数转换(ADC)芯片,并采用以硬件方式实现控制并行性的现场可编程门阵列(FPGA),避免传统控制器单线程运行难以实现高速采集的瓶颈.详细介绍了数据采集系统的回路构成,并重点论述了FPGA的控制设计.实验测试数据表明文中设计的高速数据采集系统能较好满足小电流接地监测系统的暂态数据分析的需求.
Development of High-Speed Data Acquisition System for Small Current Grounding System Fault Detection
High-speed,accurate analog-digital conversion module is the difficulty in achieving small current grounding system fault detection based on transient data analysis.This paper presents a high-performance data acquisition system,which selects a kind of A/D chip with sample frequency up to 65MSPS,uses FPGA to achieve control parallelism in hardware way to avoid the problem of single-threaded running in the traditional controller such as MCU,and introduces the circuit construction of data acquisition system in detail,then focuses on the FPGA control design.Experimental data shows that the designed system fully meets the needs of transient data analysis of small current grounding fault detection system.
