Intelligent Information Matching for Water/Electricity/Gas Users and Business Agent System
This paper introduces the construction scheme for intelligent information matching for water/electricity/gas users and business agent system.It puts forward the structure analysis and matching method based on user's name and address to implement intelligent matching.Then,data mining is made on the user's water/electricity comsumption information; users' abnormal behavior is detected.Finally,the intelligent matching program and exception analysis are summarized,and the shortcomings are pointed out and the future work is expected.
