Invention Patent Value Evaluation of State Grid Corporation of China
In order to further enhance the level of patent management,the invention patent value evaluation was organized in State Grid Corporation of China in 2014.The value of the company's patent was rated from three levels:legal level,technical level and application level.Several supporting indicators were set up for each dimension respectively in order to improve the evaluation accuracy.In addition,to meet the patent work needs of different types of companies,a different proportion was taken for the three value degree evaluation indexes:scientific research units,industrial units and provincial companies.Through this invention patent value evaluation work,all authorized invention patents' value was evaluated effectively for State Grid Corporation of China,providing the basis for the analysis and layout,as well as the effective use of patents of state grid corporation.
