智慧化是城市发展的大趋势,智能电网支撑智慧城市建设将成为研究热点,为智慧城市的单元-智能社区做好能源管理服务是非常有价值的研究方向.根据上海崇明陈家镇“和谐社区、绿色家园”的发展规划,结合陈家镇智能社区“智能社区低碳能源管理系统”的技术设想,对智能社区低碳能源系统的建设和运维进行综合效益分析,通过产业链分析确定利益相关方及定位,对利益相关方进行时间维度演化特征分析,提出各方市场发展策略建议.
Operation Strategy for Low-Carbon Energy System in Smart Community
Being smart is the trend of city development,and how smart grid should support smart city becomes a hot research topic; particularly,the energy management for smart community,the basic unit of the smart city,is a valuable domain of research.Based on the development vision of "harmonic community,green home",as well as the technology vision of "low-carbon energy management system in smart community" in Chenjia Town (Chongming,Shanghai),this paper analyzes the overall benefit of low-carbon energy system construction and operation.The stake holders are defined and positioned through industrial chain analysis and time-dimension evolution characteristics analysis.Finally,the market development strategies for all parties are proposed.
