大数据环境下的电网工程造价分析管控体系研究

构建了面向大数据的电网工程造价数据仓储架构,以变电工程和线路工程为例,从工程概况、技术经济参数、工程费用三个方面梳理了电网工程全量造价数据体系;以大数据仓储理念为理论出发点,提出了大数据仓储下的电网工程造价分析数据管理流程,并分别探讨了电网工程决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段工程造价分析数据的管理流程;以网省公司开展电网工程造价分析工作为例,从分工协作、监督管理、综合评价三个方面系统提出大数据仓储下的电网工程造价分析常态化管理框架.
Management and Control System of Grid Project Cost Analysis Based on Big Data
Firstly,big data-oriented grid project cost data warehousing structure was eatablished,and the total project cost data architecture of transformer substation and transmission line project were systematically arranged from three aspects:general situation,technical and economic parameters,project cost.Secondly,based on big data warehousing theory,the management process of grid project cost analysis data was proposed,and the data management process were explored from three stages:decision-making stage,design stage,construction stage,and completed stage.Finally,taking the provincial power company as example,the normal management framework of grid project cost analysis based on big data warehousing was proposed,including three aspects:division and cooperation,supervision and administration and comprehensive evaluation.
