Research and Realization of the Post-Evaluation Management of Technological Transformation Projects
This paper studies the content and methods of the post-evaluation of power grid construction projects,then elaborates the selection methods,techniques and effects of mainstream indexes.Based on the post-evaluation on 1 # transformer capacity enlarging project in 500 kV Fanchang Substation,it proposes that the post-evaluation management should be incorporated into the project life cycle management.Finally,it summarizes the project post-evaluation experience of State Grid East China Branch.
