Application of Integrated WBS Structure Based on SAP System
Infrastructure,as a priority in the power grid asset management,is complex system engineering cross working units and departments,and one of the most important and difficult aspects of the project management.With the deepening of intensified,lean and informationized corporate management,the regulatory requirements are posed for infrastructure engineering and assets,including account-card-material conformity,and equipment asset master data standardization.Following the principle of combining project deliverablas,this paper redesigned project assets management structure; combined with the service data of 110 kV Linggong Substation,it discusses the project assets process management based on the asset-level WBS structure.
