简要介绍了1000kV交流特高压电网投运后的运行特性和现阶段第二、三道防线的建设情况,认真研究了特高压电网常用的电网安全稳定控制装置[1,2]、失步解列装置[3,4]和快速失步解列[5]装置的应用原理,从配置方案和技术要求等方面,对今后特高压电网第二、三道防线的建设提出建议,并以典型特高压电网为例进行分析说明.研究成果对特高压电网第二、三道防线的建设具有较大的工程价值和实际意义.
Construction of the Second and Third Defense Lines of UHV AC Grid
This paper introduces the operation characteristics after the operation of 1000kV grid and the present construction of the second and third defense lines of UHV grid.Research has been conducted on the commonly-used devices of UHV grid,such as grid safety and stability control device,out-of-step separation device and fast out-of-step separation device.Suggestion on the construction of the second and third defense lines of UHV grid has been proposed,including configuration scheme and technical requirements.It also takes a typical UHV grid as an example.The research result has great engineering value and practical significance for the construction of the second and third defense lines of UHV grid.
