Influences of Zhefu UHV AC System operation on Southwest Zhejiang Hydropower Transmission in Flood Season
This paper introduces the power configuration and structure of southwest Zhejiang power grid.During the electricity troughs of a flood season, the ± 800 kV Binjin UHV DC system and local hydro plants in Southwest Zhejiang Province all affect current overload of 500kV transmission lines nearby. The influences of ± 1000 kV Zhefu UHV AC system are analyzed,in the respect of the power grid structure and power flow distribution. The restriction factors of transmission are discussed based on the power flower of electricity troughs in a flood season. Then it presents the actual dispatching measures to control power flow, and defines the maximum hydropower transmission capacity in southwest Zhejiang after taking these measures.
