建立了华东电网特高压交流近区的三级自动电压控制(AVC)体系,并根据华东特高压交流系统的结构和运行方式,将特高压交流近区电网划分为多个二级电压控制分区.该控制体系和分区结构在满足特高压交流系统的电压控制要求以及无功交换的要求的同时,确保了特高压交流近区内500 kV电厂留有合适的无功裕度,且各机组无功出力均衡.华东电网AVC系统实际运行案例证明了所提控制体系和分区结构的有效性和实用性.
Automatic Voltage Control for East China Grid UHV AC Transmission System and Its Application
The three-level automatic voltage control (AVC) system has been established for East China Grid UHV AC transmission system.According to the structure and operaton modes,the UHVAC grid is divided into several two-level voltage control partitions.The control system and partitioning structure could meet the upper/lower voltage limt of the busbar as well as the requirements of the reactive power interchange.The actual operation case of the AVC system proves that the 500kV power plants near the UHVAC grid have enough reactive power margins,and the reactive power outputs of the generators are balanced.
