Migration and Implementation of Dynamic ACE Function in East China D5000 System
In the event of interregional power grid failures,East China Dispatching Center has proposed standby emergency support technology and disturbance evaluation method based on dynamic ACE in order to achieve fast allocation of regional operating reserves.This paper expounds the migration of dynamic ACE function in East China smart grid scheduling technology support system.It also introduces the application and process management of dynamic ACE,as well as the inter-regional data interface technology.The feasibility of the technical scheme has been validated by actual operation.
