Based on the analysis of the reserve regulations of East China Grid,and combined with the characteristics of UHV hybrid grid and DC high-power delivery in the East China Grid,this paper explores the reserve assessment system of East China Grid with a view to facing the new challenges of the current reserve assessment.With a focus on management requirements and implementing rules,it proposes the real-time reserve assessment scheme applicable to the present power grid,providing valuable reference to constructing the world-class dispatching system for East China Grid.
