电压无功控制偏差指标QCE研究与应用

针对目前电压监控中采用电压控制上下限粗旷的电压控制方式,不能综合反映当前时段电压水平,尤其是发现电压指标不合格后不能给出合理的控制手段,本文以电网实时电压、无功采集数据为依据提出了关系型电压控制指标无功控制偏差QCE,弥补了现有目标型电压控制指标的不足和缺陷,改变了传统电压指标计算和管理方式,可帮助调度员及时掌握电网电压水平、根据指标提示快速正确的判断和调整,为调度员提供了智能辅助决策,是保障电网安全、紧急运行的重要手段.
Research and Application of Voltage Reactive Control Deviation Indicators QCE
The voltage control mode presently used for voltage monitoring is not strict enough to reflect the current voltage level comprehensively,especially unable to provide a reasonable control method as for the unqualified voltage indicator.Based on the grid real-time voltage and reactive data collection,this paper presents the reactive control deviation QCE for relation-type voltage control indicators,in order to cover the deficiencies and defects of the existing target-type voltage control indicators,and change the traditional voltage index calculation and management.It proves helpful for dispatchers to master the grid voltage level and make quick and correct judgment and adjustment according to the indicator prompts,providing intelligent decision support as an important means to safeguard network security and emergency operation.
