The development of power grids and the improvement of automation level has strengthened the integration of dispatcher training system (DTS) and real-time dispatching system. It is essential to diminish the influence of DTS data synchronization on the real-time system in order to enhance the security of system operation.Through detailed analysis of data synchronization and modeling process in the real-time mode,test-mode,and future-mode DTSs,this paper points out the possible security risks existing in the DTS database with various modes.Based on the principle of secure partitioning,it presents a new DTS system architecture, which separates the real-time mode and the future mode of DTS into two independent sub-systems.Maintanence of models in each independent database is achieved by a one-way data flow strategy.Analysis results indicate that the influence of DTS on the real-time system can be reduced to some large extent by the proposed DTS system architecture, which further facilitates the current modeling process of DTS.The research findings bring up theoretical references for augmenting the security and reliability of DTS in East China Power Grid.
