站域保护的应用是新一代智能变电站的显著特征之一.站域保护为就地保护提供了冗余,集全站的备自投、线路、主变和母差等保护功能于一体.站域保护的高度集成性对不同种类保护和不同厂商生产的保护之间的协同工作性能提出了更高的要求,在先前开发出的智能继电保护协同测试系统的基础上提出了针对站域保护试验的新方法和新策略,通过简易母线保护测试验证了智能站SCD文件匹配、GOOSE虚端子关联特性及IED设备之间的协同工作特性.
Substation Area Protection Collaborative Testing Based on IEC61850
Substation area protection application,one of the significant characteristics of the new-generation smart substation,integrates BZT devices,line protections and bus differential protections and provides redundancy for in situ protections.The highly integrated nature of substation area protection poses higher requirements for collaborative work performance between different types and manufactures of protections.This paper presents a new substation area protection method based on intelligent relay-protection collaborative testing system (IRPCTS).SCD file matches,GOOSE virtual terminal association characteristics and coordination work performance between IED devices have been verified by the simple bus protection testing based on IRPCTS platform.
