电力电缆载流量计算标准IEC-60287的适用性,利用传热学对地下直埋电力电缆的温度场进行分析,根据热传导方程和相应的边界条件,以CYZQ-845型电缆为例,用有限元软件COMSOL MULTIPHYSICS建立了其“一”字形排列土壤直埋情况下的温度场模型,计算了其在一定环境条件下的载流量,分析了电缆埋深、电缆排列间距、空气温度、空气与土壤换热系数、土壤导热系数等因素对载流量的影响,为工程实际提供参考.
Calculation of Power Cable Current-Carrying Capacity Based on Finite Element Method
This paper introduces the applicability of IEC-60287 standard for power cable current-carrying capacity calculation,and analyzes temperature field of directly-buried power cable in terms of heat transfer theory.Then according to the heat conduction equation and the corresponding boundary conditions,taking CYZQ-845 cable as an example,it adopts the finite element software COMSOL MULTIPHYSICS to establish the temperature field model for the power cables directly buried in 1 shape,calculates its current-carrying capacity under certain environmental conditions,analyzes the influencing factors for cable carrying capacity,including cable laying depth,cable arrangement spacing,air temperature,air and soil heat transfer coefficient and soil thermal conductivity coefficient,with a view to providing reference for engineering practice.
