摘要
自愈是智能配电系统的重要特征.结合上海市区电网现状,阐述基于“广域实时采样、实时交换数据、实时判别、实时控制”思想而实现区域保护与控制的智能电网技术——110 kV“手拉手”接线模式自愈系统的基本架构、主要功能及区域故障定位原理,说明在不同运行方式区域电网各处发生故障时自愈系统的实际动作情况,具体介绍上海市区电网110 kV自愈系统运行管理特点.
Abstract
Self-healing is an important feature of intelligent power distribution system.Combining the present situation of Shanghai Urban Power Grid,this paper elaborates the intelligent power grid technology of regional protection and controlling based on wide area real-time sampling,real-time data exchange,real-time distinguishment,real-time controlling'—— The basic framework、main function and regional fault location principle of Self-healing System for 110 kV Hand In Hand Wiring Mode,explaining the practical operate condition when regional fault take place in different operation of power grids.Analysis the management features of Self-healing System for 110 kV Hand In Hand Wiring Mode in Shanghai Urban Power Grid.
