摘要
220 kV大容量供电变电站为下级多厂站提供电源,其供电范围大,出线回路多,供电负荷重要,通常为某一地区的主力电源点.一旦220 kV大容量供电变电站发生全站停电,将会产生很严重的后果.会造成大面积停电,严重影响电力系统的稳定运行和供电的可靠性,对社会带来很严重的经济损失.通过一起典型的220 kV大容量供电变电站全停事故,详细描述了事故发生的经过、起因、所造成的影响,以及事故处理的整个过程,并对本次事故进行了详细的分析,提出一些可以改进的建议.
Abstract
220 kV large capacity power supply substation provides power for subordinate stations,and has large power supply range,many outgoing line circuits,and very important power supply load.Usually,it is the main power supply point for a region.Once the 220 kV large capacity power supply substation blackout occurred,it will bring very serious consequences.It will cause large area blackout,and affect the stability of the power system operation and the power supply reliability seriously,and also bring very serious economic loss to the society.Through a typical 220 kV large capacity power supply substation blackout accident,this article gives a detailed description of the accident happened,causes,effects,and the whole accident processing.Then the accident is analyzed in details,so we put forward some improvement suggestions.
