通过在企业的运营分析诊断中引入模糊理论方法,建立了分析诊断模型,改变了传统方法过度依赖完整、准确的历史信息的做法,在分析诊断中充分利用即时的“模糊”信息,使分析诊断结果有利于问题的事先和事中发现和解决.
