Based on Sales Market Open Electric Power Reform Model Study
International electricity sales reform cases are analyzed.And on this basis,from these two dimensions of the dominant reform-driven force and formed electricity market structure after these reforms,the electricity sales reform model is put forward,including the market-driven wholesale competition mode,government-pushing the wholesale competition mode,government-pushing retail competition mode and market-driven competition pattern.Finally,the enlightenment to our country reform of electricity sales is revealed.
