摘要

水体中氟喹诺酮类抗生素(Fluoroquinolone,FQs)易与金属离子发生络合反应,从而影响其潜在的环境行为及生态效应.本文以典型氟喹诺酮类抗生素氧氟沙星(OFX)为例,系统探讨了二价铜离子(Cu2+)对其光化学转化降解特性的影响.综合荧光、紫外光谱分析,发现Cu2+与OFX在pH中性条件下能够形成络合比 为 1∶1 的络合物.在 365 nm单波长光源的照射下,Cu2+的加入抑制了OFX光降解,荧光猝灭及激光闪光光解实验表明,该抑制作用主要是由Cu2+对OFX光致激发的静态猝灭作用导致.质谱分析结果表明,OFX直接光降解路径包括脱羧、光氧化、哌嗪环氧化裂解和去甲基化等,Cu2+存在条件下去甲基化产物未被检出.毒性分析结果表明,Cu2+的存在降低了OFX转化过程对水生生物的生态毒性.

Abstract

Fluoroquinolone(FQs)can coordinate with various metal ions in aquatic system,such interaction strongly alters their environmental behavior as well as ecological impacts.In the present study,the impacts of copper ion(Cu2+)on the photochemical degradation of ofloxacin(OFX),were systematically investigated.Our results revealed that OFX could complex with Cu2+with a molecular ration of 1∶1 under neutral conditions.Presence of Cu2+significantly inhibited OFX photodegradation,which was mainly due to the static quenching process by Cu2+,fluorescence quenching and laser flash photolysis experiments further confirmed this inference.High-resolution mass spectrum analysis indicated direct OFX photolysis pathways contained decarboxylation,photooxidation,piperazine ring removal and demethylation.However,demethylation products were not detected in the presence of Cu2+,which would reduce the potential ecotoxicity of OFX conversion process to aquatic organisms.Overall,the present study revealed the potential impact of metal ions on photochemical behavior of antibiotics,which would provide very useful information for the understanding of environmental fates of combined pollutants.
