Involution is a"zero-sum game"in limited resources and space.The root of graduate research involution lies in the finite and exclusive nature of scientific research resources,and scientific research invo-lution is gradually becoming a shackle to graduate students'academic innovation.Based on the perspective of academic ecology,this study examines the phenomenon of involution,analyzes the generation mechanism of graduate research involution,and excavates ways to overcome graduate research involution,so as to im-prove the resilience of graduate research,build a diversified scientific research evaluation system,establish a standardized incentive mechanism for scientific research,and optimize the scientific research environ-ment.
