摘要
巡察制度是巡视制度向市县的延伸,而县级巡察是巡视巡察的最基层.通过对上届X县委巡察工作的调研,结合闭环管理理论,基于巡前准备、巡中执行、巡后反馈三个重点环节探究存在着不足问题,建议针对性做好巡前谋划部署、强化信息共享;巡中拓宽方式方法、加强协作配合;巡后完善监督机制、强化资源整合.
Abstract
The inspection system is an extension of the inspection system to cities and counties,and the county-level inspection is the most basic level of inspection.Through the investigation of the inspection work of the previous X county party committee,combined with the closed-loop management theory,based on the three key links of pre-inspection preparation,inspection execution and post-inspection feedback,the pre-in-spection planning work of grassroots inspection operation is not scientific and reasonable,the effective utili-zation rate of information is not high,and the team formation is not effective;It is suggested that pre-inspec-tion planning and deployment should be carried out,information sharing should be strengthened,methods should be broadened and coordination should be strengthened during inspection,and supervision mechanism should be improved and resource integration should be strengthened after inspection.
