摘要

系统性保护,是"十四五"时期非物质文化遗产保护工作的重点.针对当前我国非遗系统性保护"整体体系化,局部零散性"的发展状态,本文以临泉县为例,对现有"国家+省+市+县"四级非遗项目分类别、分要素进行调研分析,剖析系统性保护效果、存在的问题和成因,进而以整体性思维,对"十四五"时期非遗系统性保护提出具有可操作性的优化路径.

Abstract

Systematic protection is the focus of intangible cultural heritage protection during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.The systematic protection of intangible cultural heritage means to use the method of sys-tematic thinking to carry out systematic,holistic and collaborative thinking on how to strengthen the protec-tion of intangible cultural heritage in the new stage of development.It should not only adhere to the system concept and overall planning,but also improve the overall level of intangible cultural heritage protection measures,and actively serve and integrate into the national strategic development.In view of the current development state of"overall systematization and partial fragmentation"of the systematic protection of intan-gible cultural heritage in China,this paper takes Linquan County as an example to investigate and analyze the existing intangible cultural heritage items at the four levels of"national+provincial+city+county"by category and element,analyze the systematic protection effect,existing problems and causes,and then put forward a feasible optimization path for the systematic protection of intangible cultural heritage during the 14th Five-Year Plan period with holistic thinking.
