Research on Satisfaction with the Reform of Comprehensive Teller System for Social Security in Tangshan City Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that the social security system is a safety net for people's lives and a stabilizer for social operation.We need to accelerate the im-provement of a unified national social insurance public service platform.The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security has continuously reformed and practiced the handling system of social insurance agencies at all levels(hereinafter referred to as"social insurance agencies").In order to consolidate the achieve-ments of the reform and improve the reform strategy,the problems and countermeasures of the comprehen-sive teller system reform have been studied.Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to study the satis-faction of the reform,it was found that there are problems with delayed role transformation of service person-nel,outdated information systems across the province,and incomplete risk prevention and control systems,resulting in poor business handling and service capabilities,and hidden dangers in risk prevention and con-trol in the reform of the social security comprehensive teller system.Further improvements can be made in the future based on these results.
