摘要
本研究选择中国徽州文化生态保护区作为研究对象,使用DPSIR模型,从经济活力、民生保障、环境改善、文化教育和资源协调5 个维度构建了28 项指标.采用熵权TOPSIS和灰色关联法分析 2015-2020 年中国徽州文化生态保护区生态文明的发展状况.研究得出:第一,民生保障(0.316)对生态文明建设的影响最强.第二,保护区生态文明建设呈现出波动上升的趋势,平均年增长量约为6%.第三,与生态文明关联最紧密的因素是资源协调(0.753)和经济活力(0.609).因此,为拓宽与徽州文化生态保护区相关的生态文明建设方式,需要健全教育制度体系,提高民众对生态文明的认知度,培养民众的生态文明意识,优化产业结构升级,提升居民的幸福感.
Abstract
The construction of ecological civilization plays an important role in realizing the harmonious co-existence between man and nature.Although the issue of ecological civilization has received considerable at-tention,there are differences among regions.This study selects Huizhou Cultural and Ecological Reserve in China as the research object and uses the DPSIR model to construct 28 indicators from five dimensions of economic vitality,livelihood security,environmental improvement,cultural education,and resource coordi-nation.The entropy weight TOPSIS and grey correlation method are used to explore the development of eco-logical civilization in Huizhou Cultural and Ecological Reserve in China from 2015 to 2020.The research shows that:first,people's livelihood security(0.316)has the strongest impact on the construction of eco-logical civilization.Second,the construction of ecological civilization in the Reserve shows a fluctuating trend,with an average annual growth of 6%.Third,the factors most closely related to ecological civilization are resource coordination(0.753)and economic vitality(0.609).Therefore,in order to broaden the con-struction of ecological civilization related to Huizhou cultural and ecological reserve,it is necessary to im-prove the education system,improve the public's awareness of ecological civilization,cultivate the public's awareness of ecological civilization,optimize the industrial structure upgrading,and enhance the happiness of residents.
