摘要
智慧社区建设是未来城市发展方向和实现中国式现代化的重要抓手之一,新疆城市智慧社区建设对于实现全国市域治理现代化具有重要现实意义.以石河子市为例,基于三个不同社区实践调研,对于智慧社区建设的运营模式、数据平台建构、基础设施建设、社区治理和公共服务五个维度系统审视智慧社区建设现状,在此基础上提出党政群共治共建、以人为本导向为主、构建社区融媒体矩阵等优化路径.
Abstract
Smart community is the development direction of future cities and one of the important starting points for realizing Chinese-style modernization.The construction of smart community in cities of Xinjiang-has important practical significance for realizing the modernization of urban governance in China.Taking Shihezi City as an example,based on practical researches ofthree different communities,participatory obser-vation method,in-depth interview method and literature research method are adopted to systematically examine the construction status of smart community in Shihezi City from five dimensions:operation mode,data platform construction,infrastructure construction,community governance and public service.On this basis,the optimization path of party,government and mass co-governance,people-oriented orientation,and construction of community financial media matrix is proposed.
