摘要
立足于积极老龄化视角,通过与老龄化程度最深的日本进行比较,分析我国老年人口红利的释放现状,对老年人口红利释放的路径进一步分析,发现老年人口红利释放与积极老龄化存在相互促进的关系,并从积极老龄化的三大支柱,即健康、参与、保障角度提出促进老年人口红利释放的相关对策建议.
Abstract
Based on the perspective of positive aging,this paper analyzes the current situation of the divi-dend release of the elderly population in China by comparing it with Japan,which is the country with the deepest degree of aging,further analyzes the path of the dividend release of the elderly population,finds that there is a mutually reinforcing relationship between the dividend release of the elderly population and positive aging,and puts forward relevant countermeasure and suggestions to promote the dividend release of the elderly population from the perspective of health,participation and security of the three pillars of posi-tive aging.
