A Study on the Coupling Coordination of Ecological Protection and High-quality Development in Henan Province
Based on the prefecture level panel data of Henan Province from 2017 to 2021,the weighted av-erage method,the coupling coordination degree model,and the multiple regression model were used to stud-y the effects of ecological protection and high-quality development,as well as the coupling coordination de-gree and influencing factors of the two.The results showed that there were significant differences in the ef-fectiveness of ecological protection and high-quality development among different cities,with most cities showing a decreasing or fluctuating trend;the coupling coordination degree of most cities was in the primary coordination stage;environmental regulation,technological innovation,and financial development had a positive impact on the degree of coupling coordination,foreign trade had a negative impact.To improve the degree,efforts should be made to restore and develop the economy while maintaining a certain level of envi-ronmental regulation intensity;to strengthen joint research and to encourage and support green innovation;to expand the support role of finance for the real economy and leverage the regulatory role of green credit;to optimize export structure and improve energy economic efficiency.
