The Governance Dilemma of Urban VillageTransformation Communities and Its Resolution from the Perspective of Discourse Theory——Taking FXL Community in W City as an Example
Taking FXL urban village transformation community in W city as a case study,this paper con-structs an analytical framework of"interaction energy field—negotiation dialogue—governance action"based on discourse theory to analyze the interaction dilemma and its resolution strategy of resettlement com-munity governance in the context of urban village transformation.It is found that due to the breakage of ex-isting social ties,the urban village transformation community has created the governance dilemma of dia-logue compartmentalization,monologue discourse and dialogue deflation,which has hindered the develop-ment of the community governance community.Through the governance practices of creating dialogue space,empowering dialogue practice,and producing discourse consensus,the obstacles to community dia-logue and interaction can be resolved,and the vitality of multiple subjects'participation in negotiation and dialogue can be activated,thus contributing to the construction of the community governance community of urban renewal.
