在当前的反诈宣传形势下,多元主体间的协同治理成为反诈宣传工作突破现有困境的新路径.警企社的协同是反诈宣传多元主体协同治理的重要体现,在具体实践中,面临内生动力不足、协同空间分离、职责模糊和民众参与程度较低的困境.实现反诈宣传效能的提升,需要警企社三方从主体规范到系统运转,从目标建立到成果落实的全流程的优化规范,以营造全民反诈的良好氛围.
Framework Analysis,Realistic Dilemma and Practical Path of Collaboration between Police,Enterprises and Communities in Anti-fraud Propaganda
Under the current situation of anti-fraud propaganda,collaborative governance among diverse en-tities has emerged as a new pathway to overcome existing challenges in anti-fraud propaganda.The collabo-ration between police,enterprises,and communities is a crucial manifestation of the collaborative govern-ance among multiple entities in anti-fraud campaigns.However,in practical implementation,it faces chal-lenges such as insufficient internal motivation,fragmented collaborative spaces,blurred responsibilities,and low public participation.To enhance the effectiveness of anti-fraud propaganda,it is necessary for the three parties,namely police,enterprises,and communities,to optimize and standardize the entire process from collaborative entities to system operation,from goal establishment to result implementation,in order to foster a favorable environment for nationwide anti-fraud efforts.
