Research on the Psychological Adjustment of Flexible Employees in Urban Renewal Action in Ethnic Areas in the New Era
In the new era,urban renewal in ethnic areas is advancing in an orderly manner.Urban flexible employment has become an important form of employment for minority people.The psychological state of flexible employees and their adjustment problems have attracted attention.This paper reveals the psychologi-cal status of flexible employees in urban renewal in ethnic areas in the new era,deeply analyzes the compet-itive pressures encountered by this group in terms of career opportunities,vocational skills,and cultural ad-aptation,and proposes psychological adjustment strategies from the dimensions of value cognition,employ-ment services,and cultural inheritance,so as to provide reference for the psychological adjustment and re-lief of flexible employees,in order to help flexible employees improve their mental health level,enhance their psychological adjustment ability,and achieve the goal of promoting their successful employment,self-growth,and perfect personality.
