摘要
公益项目运作是近几年我国慈善事业发展衍生出的新生事物,由于专业人才和项目管理经验的匮乏,慈善组织独立运作公益项目还面临着诸多困境.根据政府政策和慈善需求,慈善基金会公益项目的运作需要引入社会工作专业及人才进行新的突破和发展.通过社会工作者的职业参与和专业指导可提升公益项目运作管理的整体水平.基于嵌入性发展理论研究和社会工作嵌入"希望之光"公益助学项目的实例,发掘社会工作嵌入过程中可以通过明确社工角色定位、组织社工督导培训、策划创新捐赠活动等嵌入方式对公益项目做出改善措施.
Abstract
The operation of public welfare projects is a new phenomenon derived from the development of charity in China in recent years.Due to the lack of professional talents and project management experience,charitable organizations still face many difficulties in independently operating public welfare projects.Ac-cording to government policies and charitable needs,the operation of charitable foundations'public welfare projects requires the introduction of social work professionals and talents for new breakthroughs and develop-ment.The overall level of public welfare project operation and management can be improved through the professional participation and guidance of social workers.Based on the theory of embedded development and the example of social work embedding in the"Light of Hope"public welfare education project,this study explores how social work embedding can improve public welfare projects by clarifying the role positioning of social workers,organizing social work supervision and training,and planning innovative donation activities.
