A Study on Visualizing the Knowledge Graph of China's Talent Policies
Scientific talent policy is a vital guarantee to realize the strategy of strengthening the country through talent and rejuvenating the country through science and education.Using Cite Space quantitative analysis software,this paper visually analyzes the talent policy research situation from the author,institu-tion,highly cited literature,keywords and so on.It looks forward to the future by integrating existing research.The research shows that China's talent policy mainly focuses on three dimensions:the talent policy itself,the problems existing in the implementation of talent policy,and the feasibility path of the implemen-tation of talent policy.The hot research topics are talent strategy,development,and training.The existing keywords are not strongly related,the density of institutional cooperation is not high,and a more systematic research framework and solid theoretical support are needed.Therefore,future research on talent policy should strengthen interdisciplinary integration thinking,build a local research framework with Chinese char-acteristics,and focus on constructing hard and soft environments for talent training.
