民办高校新教师职业适应问题研究

民办教育作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分之一,在高等教育发展中有着举足轻重的地位.随着近些年各高校新教师队伍的不断壮大,新入职教师职业适应的问题也引起了更多人的关注.本文分析在高校成长过程中带来的新入职教师适应问题,得出了民办高校新教师存在职业认同不足、教学技能欠佳、职业压力过大和团队融入较慢的问题,并提出通过制定个人发展规划、加强培训、制定"师徒制"工作方式和完善教师发展机制的对策.
Abstract
As one of the important components of higher education in China,private education plays a piv-otal role in the development of higher education.With the continuous growth of new teachers in colleges and universities in recent years,the career adaptation of new teachers has attracted more attention.This paper analyzes the adaptation problems of new teachers brought about by the growth of colleges and universities,and concludes that new teachers in private colleges and universities have problems such as insufficient pro-fessional identity,poor teaching skills,excessive professional pressure and slow team integration.To solve the problem,the author puts forward some countermeasures such as formulating personal development plan,strengthening training,developing"mentoring system"and perfecting teacher development mechanism.
