The bibliometric analysis of the core journals of"carriers of ideological and political education"collected by CNKI(1992-2022)is carried out by using citespace visualization software,which more intui-tively shows the research status of carriers of ideological and political education in the last three decades.This paper comprehensively analyzes the hot spots,frontiers and evolvement trends of ideological and politi-cal education carrier research from four aspects:journal sources,high-yield authors,key words and annual number of publications.The research shows that the current research on the carrier of ideological and politi-cal education focuses on universities,networks,college students'ideological and political education,etc.The research frontiers include ideological and political education,micro-era and carrier exploration;the evolution trend can be divided into initial exploration stage,concentrated outbreak stage and steady deepe-ning stage.Future research should focus on improving the systematicity,internationality and reality of the carrier of ideological and political education,continuously meet the new development and new requirements of the overall construction of ideological and political education,and cope with the new challenges of the carrier research of ideological and political education.
