Dynamic Generation and Demonstration of Undergraduate Professional Tutor System Practice Mode under Demand Orientation——Taking Accounting Major in Beijing City University as an Example
In order to improve the effectiveness of professional tutors,this research adopted the question-naire survey method firstly,from the perspective of grade subdivision,in-depth understood the development status and needs of students in different grades.And on this basis,professional tutors gave the students tar-geted guidance.When the students graduate,the empirical comparison is made by questionnaire survey again.Thus,the dynamic generation of the professional tutor practice mode is achieved.The study found that there were some differences in the development needs of students in different grades.Under the demand orientation,the guidance content of professional tutors should be more targeted,the guidance forms should be various,and the thought should be further broadened.The empirical results showed this demand-oriented working mode of professional tutors has achieved good results in practice.It has played a positive role in promoting the development of students.
