Innovative Teaching Reform of Community Work Course from the Concept of Service Learning:Path,Effects and Suggestions
Aiming at the reality that students have little perception of public problems in the community,the community work course introduces the concept of service learning to promote teaching reform,focuses on cultivating the practical ability of students to analyze and solve macro-level community problems,and is driven by the dual-wheel drive of two tasks of"classroom learning tasks"and"service-learning practice tasks".With the double-wheel drive of"classroom learning tasks"and"service learning practice tasks",through the tripartite linkage of teachers'practice guidance,practice experts'upgrading guidance,and in-dustry supervisors'practice guidance,the program combines course learning with community service,and forms a four-stage four-phase system of theoretical learning,experiential learning,and service practice with repeated learning and reflection.The four-phase pathway of community work professional practice ability cultivation effectively promotes the deep integration of theory and practice.
