摘要
"公园城市"是新时代我国城市发展的新范式.微空间量多面广,最贴近市民生活,是从人的尺度感知和体验公园城市建设的重要空间场所.基于城市空间正义理论对微空间进行审视后,认为合理布局微空间、大力提升微空间功能和品质是空间资源分配正义、空间价值正义、空间文化正义和空间生态正义的重要体现.对于微空间如何融入公园城市建设,文章提出了构建网络化布局、完善多样化功能、提升生态环境品质、彰显地域特色和文化内涵、加强系统规划和管控、动员市民与社区参与治理等实现路径.
Abstract
"Park City"represents a new paradigm for urban development in China in the new era.Micro-spaces,which are numerous and widespread,are closest to citizens'lives and serve as crucial spatial venues for perceiving and experiencing the construction of park cities from a human scale.After examining micro-spaces based on the theory of urban spatial justice,it is believed that the rational layout of micro-spaces and the vigorous enhancement of their functions and qualities are important embodiments of spatial resource dis-tribution justice,spatial value justice,spatial cultural justice,and spatial ecological justice.Regarding how micro-spaces can be integrated into park city construction,this article proposes realization paths such as constructing a networked layout,improving diversified functions,enhancing ecological environmental quali-ty,highlighting regional characteristics and cultural connotations,strengthening systematic planning and control,and mobilizing citizen and community participation in governance.
