The renovation of agricultural markets,as a significant livelihood project,aligns with the laws of urban renewal and development,providing an interactive field for the interest games among the subjects of grassroots social governance.To further analyze the interactive games among the relevant subjects in the ren-ovation of agricultural markets,this paper first employs urban renewal theory to explore the interactive ten-sion between theoretical planning and renovation practices,aiming to achieve a win-win situation between traditional and modern civilizations in urban development.Secondly,it leverages the precise governance,open sharing,and human-centered governance connotations contained in the delicate management theory to analyze the interactions among various relevant subjects and enhance the overall level of governance.Final-ly,based on collaborative governance theory,it analyzes how multiple subjects continuously forge a collabo-rative and co-governance pattern and achieve favorable outcomes in collaborative governance.
